I cannot thank Wayne and his staff enough for the absolutely INCREDIBLE SERVICE we received yesterday! My daughter’s grad was yesterday and the limo company we originally booked with texted me 1 hour before they were supposed to pick up the 12 grads and said they would not be able to do the pick. I was enraged and immediately started calling other companies. I found Wayne and Exclusive Charters on the internet and explained the situation and he promptly made some calls. I am sure he heard the panic in my voice! He had a beautiful limo at our house within 1 hour!!!! The kids were thrilled. The driver was amazing. He made the whole night extremely enjoyable for the kids. I am so appreciative of the service I received from this company! They really went above and beyond for us.
